How do I find a job for a convicted sex offender?

My dad can't find a stable job since he is required to say he is a registered sex offender in every interview he does. What can I do to help him get back on his feet?

get him to attend a course at the local community college and upgrade his skills.That way more job offers will be available.

If i can hire an employee that can do a good job , i won't rlly care much about his past.
